Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Billing
  3. See your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher tier:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment information if needed
  5. Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
After canceling:
  • You retain access until the end of your paid period
  • Your data is preserved for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime during this period

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save changes

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:
  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. We’ll retry the payment automatically
  3. Update your payment method if needed
  4. Your account remains active during the grace period

Monthly Billing

  • Billed on the same date each month
  • Cancel anytime
  • Changes take effect immediately (upgrades) or at cycle end (downgrades)

Annual Billing

  • Pay for 12 months upfront
  • Significant discount compared to monthly
  • Same flexibility for upgrades

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Billing History
  3. View and download past invoices

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used

What Counts as Usage

ChatFeatured plans include:

There are no per-query charges or usage caps on core features.
Reached your prompt limit? All plans include unlimited prompts, but we set initial limits to prevent abuse. If you’ve hit a limit on adding prompts, contact us at [email protected] to increase your limits.
