Understanding Usage and Limits

A Project represents an isolated workspace for a brand or website domain, containing its own Brand Book, tracked search prompts, competitor benchmarks, articles, and site audit reports.

Managing Your Subscription

Check Current Plan & Quota

Navigate to Settings in the bottom-left sidebar and click Billing. You can review your active plan, current prompt/article usage against plan quotas, and renewal date.

Upgrading or Changing Tiers

Click Upgrade Plan in the Billing view. Select your desired tier (Growth or Enterprise) and confirm. Upgrades apply immediately, prorating the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Invoices & Receipts

Under Billing History, you can view and download PDF receipts with itemized breakdowns and VAT/tax details for accounting.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking Cancel Subscription in Settings > Billing.
  • Your account retains full access until the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • Historical visibility, citation data, and drafted articles remain securely stored for 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Both Starter and Growth plans include a free trial period. You can test your prompt visibility, audit your site, and test AI content generation before being billed.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Enterprise whenever your tracked prompt or article requirements increase. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise plans exceeding $1,500/month can also be invoiced via ACH/Wire with NET 30 terms.
We offer a 14-day refund window on initial subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform, contact support@chatfeatured.com to request a refund.
If you reach your prompt or page audit limits, the platform will prompt you to upgrade your plan tier or archive inactive prompts. For custom high-volume limits, contact our sales team.
