Step 1: Create Your Account
- Go to chatfeatured.com/login
- Sign up with your email or Google account
- Verify your email address
Step 2: Set Up Your Organization
After signing in, you’ll be prompted to create your organization:- Enter your organization name (e.g., your company name)
- This creates your workspace where you can invite team members later
Are you an agency? If you need to manage multiple brands or clients, contact our agency team. We’ll help you set up multi-brand accounts and get the most out of ChatFeatured for your agency.
Step 3: Add Your First Brand
Brands represent the companies or products you want to track:- Click Add Brand in the dashboard
- Enter your brand name (exactly as you want to track it)
- Add your website URL
- Choose your default location and content language
Step 4: Prompts Are Automatically Set Up
During onboarding, ChatFeatured automatically creates prompts for your brand based on real keywords and searches your customers are likely asking AI models. These prompts run automatically every day across all major AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, and Meta AI).Add Custom Prompts

Step 5: Add Competitors
To compare your visibility against competitors:- Go to Competitors in the sidebar
- Click Add Competitor
- Enter competitor names and websites
- ChatFeatured will track them in all your prompt results
Step 6: Set Up Your Knowledge Base
Your Knowledge Base gives the AI agents context about your brand so they can generate content that actually sounds like you. This is the single biggest lever for improving the quality of AI-generated articles.- Go to Knowledge Base in the sidebar
- Click Import from URL and paste your About page and main product pages — ChatFeatured will extract and categorize the content automatically
- Add any of the following to fill in gaps:
- Company overview — what you do and who you serve
- Products and services — features, use cases, and pricing positioning
- Target audience — customer profiles and pain points
- Brand voice — tone, terminology, and key messages
- Differentiators — what makes you unique vs. alternatives

Step 8: Create Your First Article with the Content Agent
The Content Agent turns your brand data, keyword research, and visibility gaps into a content strategy — then writes the articles for you.- Click the Articles icon in the sidebar
- Click Let’s get started — the Insights Agent will:
- Read your Knowledge Base to understand your brand
- Pull real Google Ads keyword data for your space
- Analyze where you’re missing visibility across AI models
- Generate a prioritized list of article suggestions
- Review the suggestions in the sidebar — each one includes a title, why it matters, linked prompts, and priority
- Approve the articles you want written (up to 3 write in parallel; the rest queue automatically)
- Articles complete in 2–3 minutes with research, citations, and your brand voice baked in
- Refine the draft with the Article Editing Agent — select text and ask for tweaks, or ask it to pull more context from your Knowledge Base
- Publish directly to your connected CMS, or schedule it for later
