This guide will help you set up ChatFeatured and start tracking your AI visibility in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Go to chatfeatured.com/login
  2. Sign up with your email or Google account
  3. Verify your email address

Step 2: Set Up Your Organization

After signing in, you’ll be prompted to create your organization:
  1. Enter your organization name (e.g., your company name)
  2. This creates your workspace where you can invite team members later
Are you an agency? If you need to manage multiple brands or clients, contact our agency team. We’ll help you set up multi-brand accounts and get the most out of ChatFeatured for your agency.

Step 3: Add Your First Brand

Brands represent the companies or products you want to track:
  1. Click Add Brand in the dashboard
  2. Enter your brand name (exactly as you want to track it)
  3. Add your website URL

Step 4: Prompts Are Automatically Set Up

During onboarding, ChatFeatured automatically creates prompts for your brand based on real keywords and searches your customers are likely asking AI models. These prompts run automatically every day across all major AI answer engines.

Step 5: Add Competitors

To compare your visibility against competitors:
  1. Go to Competitors in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Competitor
  3. Enter competitor names and websites
  4. ChatFeatured will track them in all your prompt results
