The Content Agent is your AI content strategist that analyzes your brand performance, conducts keyword research, generates article suggestions, and helps you create AEO-optimized content that AI platforms actually cite.

How It Works

ChatFeatured uses a two-agent system for content automation:
  1. Insights Agent — Handles content strategy, research, article suggestions, approval, and scheduling
  2. Article Editing Agent — Helps you refine and edit generated articles with precision tools
Together, these agents take you from research to published content in minutes.

Accessing the Content Agent

  1. Click the Articles icon in the sidebar
  2. Click Let’s get started to have the agent analyze your brand
  3. The agent will research keywords, analyze your AI visibility gaps, and generate a content strategy
  4. Review the suggested articles that appear in the sidebar
  5. Approve articles to start the writing process
  6. Edit and refine with the Article Editing Agent

Phase 1: Content Strategy

When you start a new content strategy session, the Insights Agent follows a data-driven workflow:

Step 1: Brand Analysis

The agent reads your Brand Book to understand:
  • Your industry and product categories
  • Target audience and focus areas
  • Brand voice and messaging guidelines

Step 2: Keyword Research

Using real Google Ads data, the agent discovers:
  • What people are actually searching for (monthly search volumes)
  • High-volume keyword opportunities in your space
  • User search intent and common questions

Step 3: Performance Analysis

The agent analyzes your current AI visibility:
  • Which prompts your brand appears in (and which you’re missing)
  • Performance across different AI models (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.)
  • What sources AI platforms currently cite for your topics
  • Gaps and opportunities compared to competitors

Step 4: Content Strategy Generation

Based on the research, the agent generates article suggestions including:
  • Optimized titles and descriptions
  • Why each article matters for your visibility
  • Associated keywords (from real search data)
  • Linked prompts (topics where you need visibility)
  • Priority level (high, medium, low)
  • Recommended content type
Ask for “more suggestions” and the agent will generate 2-4 additional articles that complement your existing strategy without duplicating topics.

Phase 2: Article Approval & Writing

Once you have article suggestions, you control what gets written.

Approving Articles

Select the articles you want to pursue and approve them. The system automatically manages a writing queue:
  • Max 3 articles are actively written at once
  • Additional approved articles are queued
  • As articles complete, queued items automatically start

What Happens During Writing

When an article enters the writing phase:
  1. The AI researches your topic across the web
  2. Gathers authoritative sources, statistics, and expert insights
  3. Structures content using AEO best practices
  4. Incorporates your brand voice from your Knowledge Base
  5. Creates a complete draft with proper headings, citations, and formatting
Articles typically complete in 2-3 minutes.

Phase 3: Editing & Refinement

Once an article is written, the Article Editing Agent helps you refine it.

Schedule Articles

Set articles to publish at specific times:

The agent handles timezone conversion and queues the article for automatic publishing.

Publish to Your CMS

Connect your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, etc.) and publish with one click:
